Wellness of a Community reflects the Strength of the Individual,  their Resilience to Bounce Back and the Support Community Members give each other.

In Rural and Remote Communities, individuals are valued and people tend to look out for each other.

However, it is important to have access to resources to support people. Below a list of contacts.
Please advise if you are aware of contacts not on this list. Or if the contacts no longer offer support services.

In 2005, the concept of small town websites helped address the need in our rural communities for accessible cost effective online local promotion of who we are, when our events are happening, and employment and training opportunities.

With a background of growing up on the Nebine, being a bush nurse and living on a farm in the Balonne Shire gives me authentic experience for good insight and connections to promote our region through the websites.

I am passionate about rural Australia and love being able to share information with people of the South West QLD communities.

Send flyers for inclusion in the Events Calendar and on the Facebook page.
Join the public facebook group to add your event information via the Facebook Group.

Red Dust Telegraph's focus is connection, resources, news and event promotion for the communities of the region.

Promoting Business and Community.
Promoting local Events, Employment and Information.
Supporting Rural Resilience and Well-being.
Offering cost effective Online Advertising.

Facebook pages and noticeboard groups also service the region.
ConnectSouthWestQLD  and  SouthWestQLD Noticeboard

Connect South West QLD hosts a small portofolio of websites creating linkages and connecting people and the region:
